Reservations are never required, but we do HIGHLY RECOMMEND them during the fall and winter months on the weekends when we are the most busy. We must turn away walk-ins if all of our jump spots are taken.
-
YES! For the trampoline use we charge by time, not age. This means everyone is the same rate if they are up on the trampolines for the same amount of time. But if your jumper is 10 years old or younger, they get free access to the inflatables with the price of trampoline time. You can find our prices here!

Yes, jump socks are required for bouncers and all trampolines! You can use ANY brand that has the rubber grips on the bottom. If you do not have any, grip socks can be purchased at the door for $3 and crew socks for $4.

Omni arena does not have an age requirement, but the participant must be 4’1” or 49 inches. This is because the belted harness will not go past a certain height. If the participant is below the heigh requirement, they risk having the belt around their chest and wedged up into their underarms.

Nope! Your little one is always guaranteed a spot during toddler time since we don’t max out!

Parking
For the convenience of our park visitors with a disability, we have two ADA handicapped parking spots in our parking lot. Visitors with a valid parking place card may use these spots only. Additionally, the spots do have access to the blue walkway for wheelchairs and van access.
Visiting
The Jump Station is a member of the International Association of Trampoline Parks (IATP). We welcome visits by disabled people and will do all that is possible to ensure a safe and pleasurable stay. However, certain areas and elements of our parks can be physically demanding and vigorous. We therefore reserve the right to refuse admission if we feel there is a danger to a particular individual or individuals for whatever reason. Refusal on the grounds of health and safety does not constitute discrimination. We hope that you understand and accept that these decisions are made in the interests of your safety and the safety of all our other customers.
We recommend that if you have a disability or are coming to the park with someone with a disability that you consider coming at an off-peak time. Our park can be very busy and full during peak times such as school holidays and weekends in the winter. If you do come at peak times, staff will always try to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience. While at The Jump Station our court monitors are equipped with various visual communication cards that assist them in presenting the rules and promoting safety with all our jumpers. If you would like to participate in our sensory-friendly services, ask management prior to your visit or ask when you arrive.
Groups
We encourage anyone with a large group of guests with a disability to contact The Jump Station prior to their visit. Contacting us before your visit will ensure our staff are fully prepared for your arrival and that you get the most out of your time.
